- Water400 ml
- Carrot50 g
- Sweet potato100 g
- Shimeji mushrooms50 g
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Peel and dice carrots. Dice sweet potatoes.
- 2. Remove hard tips from shimeji mushrooms and break them into pieces by hand.
- 3. Add water and Step 1 in a pot over medium heat.
- 4. When water comes to a boil, add Step 2 and Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring to a boil. After dissolving miso, remove from heat.
- 5. Serve in bowls, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
"Some sweet potatoes crumble easily depending on the type and season. When heating, please mix gently. Boil carrots and sweet potatoes starting from water to soften them."
