- Spaghetti100 g
- Hot water1500 ml
- Salt1 tbsp
- Iced water1000 ml
- Pork belly100 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Mizuna mustard greens1/4 bunch/bundle
- Sauce
- White sesame paste3 tbsp
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- White ground sesame1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the stem of mizuna mustard greens and cut into 2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Add pork belly to the boiling water and boil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water.
- 3. Add salt to the boiling water, boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, then drain in iced water.
- 4. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 5. Add the drained Step 3, 2, and 1, mix, and serve on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please follow the instructions on the package for the boiling time. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If you cool the plate beforehand, you can enjoy it even cooler and more delicious.
