Ingredients 1 serving
- Chicken thigh250 g
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Sliced cheese1 sheets
- Cherry tomato2
- Lettuce2 sheets
How to make
- 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
- 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs, skin side down.
- 3. Once browned, flip and cook until cooked through. Wipe off excess fat with paper towels.
- 4. Add Step 1, simmer over medium heat until glazed, then top with sliced cheese, turn off heat, and cover.
- 5. Leave for about 30 seconds, then remove lid when sliced cheese melt. Serve in a bowl covered with lettuce, garnish with cherry tomatoes and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the seasoning to your liking. To finish in one pan, wipe off excess fat in Step 3.
