A Little Spicy! Miso Stir-Fried Konjac and Chicken - Recipe Video

- Konjac (Konnyaku)100 g
- Green part of Japanese leek20 g
- Chicken breast100 g
- (A)Miso1 tbsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Sliced chili peppersas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Mix ingredient (A).
- 1. Poke both sides of konjac with a fork and tear it with a spoon.
- 2. Slice Japanese leek diagonally.
- 3. Shave cut chicken breast.
- 4. Add Step 1 to pan, dry roast over high heat, and when the water is gone, salt and pepper mix in the sesame oil and chicken breast, and fry over medium heat.
- 5. When chicken breast is cooked through, add Step 2, ingredient (A) and sliced chili peppers, stir-fry over medium heat, arrange it in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Poke both sides of konjac with a fork and scrape it with a spoon to make the taste easier to blend. It's easier to season if you mix miso and cooking sake.
