- Sandwich bread (6 slice pack, 2cm width)2 sheets
- Sliced cheese1 sheets
- Loin ham1 sheets
- Beaten eggs1
- Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1/4 tsp
- Salted butter5 g
- Toppings
- Coarsely ground black pepperas needed
How to make
- 1. Put beaten eggs and granulated Japanese consomme soup stock in a tray and mix with a whisk. Add white bread and soak both sides for 5 minutes each.
- 2. Melt salted butter in the heated pan over low heat, put one of the breads in, then layer the sliced cheese, loin ham, and the other bread in order.
- 3. Cook over medium heat, then turn over when one side has browned, cook until both sides are nicely browned, then remove from heat.
- 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of granulated Japanese consomme soup stock according to your preference. You can substitute cheese with other cheeses of your choice such as shredded pizza cheese. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the eggs thoroughly.
