- Daikon radish100 g
- Corn50 g
- Water400 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso1 tbsp
- Salted butter10 g
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the daikon radish.
- 1. Cut daikon radish into thin strips.
- 2. Add water, Step 1 and Japanese style granulated soup stock in a pot and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until daikon radish becomes soft. Add corn, dissolve miso, and remove from heat.
- 3. Pour in serving bowls and top with salted butter, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of miso to your taste. When using frozen cones, thaw them as indicated on the package before use.
