- Sake fillet (Sake-no-kirimi)1 slice(s)
- Shimeji mushrooms1/2 package(s)
- Eryngii mushroom1/2 package(s)
- Maitake mushroom1 package(s)
- (A)Miso1/2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tsp
- (A)Seven flavor chili pepper1/4 tsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of shimeji and maitake mushrooms.
- 1. Break up the shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and eryngii mushrooms with your hands.
- 2. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Place the salmon skin side up in a heat-resistant container, spread Step 2 on top, and top with Step 1.
- 4. Add salt and pepper mix and cooking sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes and a half at 600 W.
- 5. When the salmon is cooked, sprinkle with young green onions (konegi) and it's ready.
