- Pork for shabu-shabu300 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Coriander50 g
- Red onion1/2
- (A)Nam pla fish sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- (A)Cane sugar1 tsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice1 tbsp
- (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)1 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the root of the coriander and set aside.
- 1. Cut coriander into 1-inch pieces. Slice red onion thinly.
- 2. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, add cooking sake and pork belly, boil until cooked through, then soak in iced water to cool.
- 4. Combine drained Step 3, 1, and 2 in a separate bowl. Transfer to a plate, squeeze out the lemon, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you are concerned about the pungency of red onion, soak it in water for about 5 minutes, then drain it before using.
