- (A)Light soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Water1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1 tsp
- Cherry tomato6
- Green shiso leaves4 sheets
- Shredded pizza cheeze10 g
- Salad oil2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice the green shiso leaves into thin strips.
- 2. Crack and beat eggs, add (A), and mix.
- 3. Heat a Japanese tamagoyaki rolled pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, pour in a small amount of Step 2, place Step 1 on the edge, put cheese for pizza on top, and roll it up.
- 4. Add Step 2 several times to repeat the process, roll it up, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
The flavor will change, but you can also add basil instead of green shiso leaves to enjoy it. It's hard to roll with chopsticks, so we recommend you use a spatula or something similar.
