- Eggplant1
- Onion1
- Ground beef and pork mix100 g
- Grated ginger1 tsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Curry mix (Curry roux)45 g
How to make
- 1. Wash the tomato, eggplant, and onion with water, remove the stem, and roughly chop.
- 2. Coarsely chop the curry roux.
- 3. Heat the olive oil, ginger and garlic in a pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the ground beef and pork mix to the pan when it starts to bubble, and continue to cook over medium heat until lightly cooked.
- 5. Add Step 1 to Step 4, and continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Add Step 2 to Step 5, and continue to cook over medium heat until everything is absorbed.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute grated ginger and garlic in a tube. You can also change the ground beef and pork mix to ground chicken or pork.
