  • Water

  • Tempura flour
    1 tbsp
  • Tempura flour
    100 g
  • Water
    120 ml
  • Frying oil

  • Salt
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Add water and wooden ear mushrooms in a bowl, rehydrate according to the package direction, and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the batter ingredients.
  3. 3. Dust Step 1 with tempura flour and dip Step 2.
  4. 4. Pour 1-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, and heat to 180℃ (356°F). Add Step 3, deep fry for 2 minutes, then drain off the oil.
