How to make
- 1. Add water and wooden ear mushrooms in a bowl, rehydrate according to the package direction, and pat dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix the batter ingredients.
- 3. Dust Step 1 with tempura flour and dip Step 2.
- 4. Pour 1-inch depth of frying oil into a pot, and heat to 180℃ (356°F). Add Step 3, deep fry for 2 minutes, then drain off the oil.
- 5. Place on a plate, serve with salt, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. If you deep-fry it for a long time, it will become hard, so please check the condition while frying it.
