- Mixed berries40 g
- Sugar15 g
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- Caramel sauce1 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Thaw mixed berries according to the instructions on the package.
- 1. Add sauce ingredients into a large heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 500W microwave for about 3 minutes until it thickens. Rest and cool in a refrigerator.
- 2. Put the batter ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- 3. Put 1/3 of Step 2 into a medium-heated pan and cook for about 2 minutes on both sides. In the same way, cook another 2 pieces.
- 4. Add the cream ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- 5. Decorate a plate with caramel sauce, place Step 3, pour over Step 4, top with mixed berries, Step 1, and powdered sugar, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
By cooking without pouring oil on a pan, it will cook evenly and will finish beautifully. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
