- Smoked chicken100 g
- Cucumber80 g
- Glass noodles (Harusame)40 g
- Hot wateras needed
- (A)Vinegar2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1.5 tbsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tbsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stem from the cucumber.
- 1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and thinly diagonally.
- 2. Slice smoked chicken thinly.
- 3. Boil water in a pot, add glass noodles (harusame), and boil as indicated on the package. Strain it with a strainer and soak it in running water, then drain.
- 4. Mix ingredient (A) in a bowl, add Step 3, 1, and 2, and toss.
- 5. Once the flavor has blended, serve in a bowl, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to your liking. You can use salad chicken instead of smoked chicken.
