- Chicken breast200 g
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sake1/2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mixas needed
- Starch4 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the skin of the chicken breast.
- 1. Cut chicken breast into 0.8-inch cubes and add to a bowl.
- 2. Add (A) to Step 1 and rub it well. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for about 10 minutes to marinate.
- 3. Scoop Step 2 with a spoon and add into a bowl with starch in it, coat it all over, and roll it into balls with your hands.
- 4. Add Step 3 to the oil heated to 170°C (340°F) and deep-fry until it turns golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. Drain the oil from Step 4, arrange on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If it is hard to put together, add water, or if there is too much water, add starch to adjust. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking.
