- Rice200 g
- Salmon100 g
- Avocado1/2
- Lemon juice1/2 tsp
- Sauce
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Gochujang2 tsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Nori seaweedas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
- 1. Cut the salmon into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 2. Cut the avocado into 0.4-inch cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- 3. Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl, add Step 1 and 2 and mix well.
- 4. Serve the rice in a bowl, top with Step 3 and the nori seaweed and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
We used garlic this time, but you can skip it if you like. Please adjust the amount of gochujang to your liking.
