- Chicken tender6
- (A)Cooking sake1 tsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
- Starch2 tbsp
- Sauce
- Water1 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Frying oilas needed
- Green leaf lettuce2 sheets
- Lemon1 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Remove tendon from chicken tenders.
- 1. Put the chicken tenders in a bowl, rub in ingredient (A) and coat with starch.
- 2. Pour frying oil 1-inch from the bottom of the pan, heat to 170°C (340°F) and add Step 1. Fry the chicken tenders for about 3 minutes until cooked and crispy, then drain the oil.
- 3. Add the sauce ingredients to a pan, mix together, and heat over medium heat. Once the sugar has melted, add the ingredients from Step 2 and remove from the heat once the seasoning is combined.
- 4. Serve on a plate with green leaf lettuce, garnish with lemon and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. You can make it deliciously with chicken breast instead of chicken tenders.
