- Boiled egg4
- Cherry tomato4
- Cucumber1
- Salted kelp1/2 tbsp
- Boiling water400 ml
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1.5 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the stem of cherry tomatoes. Cut off the stem of cucumber and peel it to make a striped pattern.
- 1. Cut the cucumber into 1-inch pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, salted kelp, boiling water, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) into a heat-resistant bowl and wrap tightly. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 3. Serve in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of noodle soup base (mentsuyu) to your liking. Use edamame, fish cake (chikuwa), or any other ingredients you like to arrange the dish.
