Tips for cooking
Chicken thighs can be served with other parts of the chicken. If you don't like the bitterness of lemon, add lemon at the end and stir-fry quickly to reduce the bitterness. We used Japanese lemon this time. If you are concerned of fungicide on lemon, please use the lemon without fungicide.
