- Green shiso leaves5 sheets
- Shredded pizza cheeze60 g
- Seven flavor chili pepperas needed
- Spring roll wrappers5 sheets

- Cake flour (Pastry flour) and water mixtureas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Make cake pastry flour mixed with water (Water 2: Flour 1).
- 1. Cut fish cake (chikuwa) diagonally.
- 2. Place green shiso leaves, Step 1 and cheese for pizza on the spring roll skin, sprinkle with seven flavor chili pepper, and roll up. Close the end of the roll with a dash of cake flour (pastry flour) mixed with water.
- 3. Heat about 1-inch of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, shallow-fry Step 2 until golden brown, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
You can put it in a lunch box, but we recommend having it fresh because the cheese inside is delicious when it melts! The amount of cooking oil depends on the size of the pan, so please adjust the amount.
