- Chicken thigh300 g
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Lettuceas needed
- Cherry tomatoas needed
How to make
- 1. Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt and pepper mix and bring to room temperature.
- 2. Combine the seasonings of ingredient (A) and make the sauce.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, cover with cooking oil, and cook Step 1 from the skin side.
- 4. When the skin side becomes golden brown, flip it over and cook the other side.
- 5. Add the seasonings from Step 2 and simmer down the sauce. Scoop the sauce with a spoon and pour it over the chicken thighs.
- 6. When the sauce simmers down and thickens, remove from the heat.
- 7. Serve Step 4 in a bowl with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. It is ready.
Tips for cooking
In order to make it juicy, please make sure to cook it from the skin side. Simmer the sauce until it thickens.
