- Batter
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)100 g
- Eggs1
- Water50 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Cabbage80 g
- Kimchi80 g
- Pork belly50 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauce1 tbsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)1/4 tsp
- bonito flakes2 g
How to make
- Prepare. Drain kimchi.
- 1. Shred cabbage.
- 2. Mix dough ingredients in a bowl, then add Step 1 and the kimchi, and mix together.
- 3. Add vegetable oil to a pan heated over medium heat, pour in Step 2, and top with pork belly.
- 4. Once browned, turn over and cook over medium heat.
- 5. When the pork is cooked through, remove it from heat.
- 6. Cut into bite-size pieces, serve on a plate, top with the topping ingredients, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
If kimchi is large, cut it to your preferred size before using it. Adjust the amount of topping to your liking.
