  • Japanese style granulated soup stock

  • Cabbage

  • Kimchi
    80 g
  • Pork belly
    50 g
  • Salad oil
    1 tbsp
  • Toppings
  • Okonomiyaki sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    1/4 tsp
  • bonito flakes

How to make

  1. Prepare. Drain kimchi.
  2. 1. Shred cabbage.
  3. 2. Mix dough ingredients in a bowl, then add Step 1 and the kimchi, and mix together.
  4. 3. Add vegetable oil to a pan heated over medium heat, pour in Step 2, and top with pork belly.
  5. 4. Once browned, turn over and cook over medium heat.
  6. 5. When the pork is cooked through, remove it from heat.
  7. 6. Cut into bite-size pieces, serve on a plate, top with the topping ingredients, and it is ready.

Tips for cooking

If kimchi is large, cut it to your preferred size before using it. Adjust the amount of topping to your liking.
