- Carrot1/2
- Hot wateras needed
- Cucumber1/2
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil50 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise3 tbsp
- (A)White ground sesame1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Lemon juice1/2 tsp
- (A)Sugar1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Scrapes off the skin of burdock root. Peel the carrot. Drain tuna flakes oil. Cut off the stem of the cucumber.
- 1. Shred burdock root and soak in water for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Shred carrot.
- 3. Shred cucumber.
- 4. Boil a pot of water and add the drained Step 1 and Step 2. Boil over medium heat for about 1 minute until tender and drain.
- 5. In a bowl, add Step 3, cooled Step 4, tuna flakes marinated in oil and ingredient (A), and mix well.
- 6. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please adjust the cooking time and control the heat depending on the amount of burdock root and carrots.
