- Rice200 g
- Edamame50 g
- Salted kelp5 g
- Sesame oil1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Defrost the edamame as indicated on the package.
- 1. Put rice, edamame, and salted kelp in a bowl and mix together. Place on plastic wrap and form them into a triangular shape.
- 2. Pour sesame oil into a pan heated over medium heat, and add Step 1. Cook for 5 minutes until browned on both sides, then remove from heat.
- 3. Serve on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salted kelp to your liking. You can also make it with raw edamame. In that case, please boil it before using it.
