- (A)Chili Oil(La-yu)1 tsp
- (A)Ponzu sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Chili threadsas needed
How to make
- 1. Slice cucumber thinly and slice chicken breast.
- 2. Mix Step 1, bamboo shoots (menma) and ingredient (A) in a bowl and it's ready. Enjoy it by topping chili threads if you like.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the saltiness and spiciness as you like. For salad chicken, you can also use boiled chicken breast or chicken tender instead.
