- Shredded pizza cheeze50 g
- Tuna flakes70 g

- Cake flour (Pastry flour)100 g

- Japanese style granulated soup stock2 tsp

How to make
- Prepare. Drain the liquid and oil from tuna flakes well.
- 1. Remove the core of the cabbage and chop it roughly.
- 2. In a bowl, add ingredients for the dough and mix, then add Step 1, natto, cheese for pizza, and tuna flakes and mix further.
- 3. In a medium heated pan, add cooking oil, and cook Step 2 until golden brown on both sides.
- 4. Transfer to a plate, add toppings to your preferred amount, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
You can add the sauce or mustard that comes with natto if you like. It has a flavor from tuna flakes and cheese for pizza, so you can enjoy it even with a small amount of topping sauce and mayonnaise.
