How to make

  1. Prepare. Defrost the seafood mix as indicated on the package and pat dry.
  2. 1. Cut off the root of a bok choy and roughly chop.
  3. 2. Cut Japanese leek diagonally into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
  4. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add stir-fry noodles (yakisoba), and fry until browned, then remove once.
  5. 4. Add sesame oil again in the same pan and fry the seafood mix, Step 1, and 2 over high heat.
  6. 5. Once the seafood mix is cooked through, add Step 3 and ingredient (A) and fry them together over high heat. When the flavors have blended, serve on a plate, and it is ready.

Tips for cooking
