- Coriander50 g
- Shrimp150 g

- Tempura flour50 g
- Water40 ml
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Frying oilas needed

How to make
- Prepare. Remove the back vein of shrimps or something similar, if present.
- 1. Cut coriander into 0.8-inch lengths.
- 2. Cut shrimp in half.
- 3. Mix the batter ingredients in a bowl, then toss Step 1 and Step 2 together.
- 4. In a frying oil heated to 170℃ (356°F), deep fry Step 3 until golden brown, and it's ready to serve.
- 5. Serve with sweet chili sauce or salt to your taste.
Tips for cooking
Use enough frying oil until it covers the ingredients. Adding mayonnaise helps to make tempura crispy, but it's not necessary. The amount of water varies depending on the type of tempura flour, so please refer to the amount on the package.
