- Onion30 g
- (A)Ponzu sauce1 tbsp
- (A)Yuzu pepper paste (Yuzu kosho)1/3 tsp

- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut off the hard tip of shimeji mushrooms and break it with your hands. Thinly slice onion.
- 2. Place it in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes until it becomes soft.
- 3. Add (A) while it is still warm and toss.
- 4. Once the flavors have been absorbed, place it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
