- Pork belly150 g
- Japanese leek1
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the hard tip of the Japanese leek.
- 1. Cut Japanese leeks into thin diagonal slices.
- 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and grated garlic, and stir-fry.
- 4. When the garlic is fragrant, add Step 2 and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork belly changes color.
- 5. Add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat. When the pork belly is cooked and the Japanese leek gets soft, add (A) and stir-fry well.
- 6. When the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat, serve on a plate, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can substitute your favorite parts for pork belly. *You must be of legal drinking age
