How to make
- Prepare. Peel banana and set aside. Leave the vanilla ice cream at room temperature and let it soften a little.
- 1. Put the banana and pudding (purin) in a bowl and mash with a fork.
- 2. Add vanilla ice cream and milk to Step 1 and mix well with a whisk.
- 3. Pour Step 2 into a glass, decorate with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
If you don't have almond slices, crush and sprinkle your favorite nuts such as hazelnuts or walnuts. It brings out the crunchiness and aroma.
