- Egg Mixture
- Milk100 ml
- Sugar2 tsp
- Eggs1
- Salted butter20 g
- Toppings
- Powdered sugaras needed

- Maple syrup2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Poke several holes into the white bread with a fork and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
- 2. Add the ingredients for the egg mixture to a heat-resistant bowl and mix them together. Add the bread from Step 1 and cover them up.
- 3. Heat for about 30 seconds in a 500 W microwave without covering it with a plastic wrap. Take it out once, turn the bread over, and heat for another 30 seconds in a 500 W microwave without the plastic wrap.
- 4. Melt half of salted butter in a medium heated pan, add Step 3 and cook. Once it's browned, flip it over, add the rest of salted butter and cook. Once both sides have browned, remove from the heat.
- 5. Serve on a plate, sprinkle some powdered sugar, garnish with mint and maple syrup, and it's done!
Tips for cooking
By poking a hole in the white bread with a fork and heating it in the microwave, the egg mixture will easily soak in. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the eggs thoroughly and avoid eating them raw.
