- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Water1 tbsp
- Japanese mustard spinach50 g
- Pork loin50 g
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- bonito flakes2 g
How to make
- 1. Cut off the base of the Japanese mustard spinach and cut it to 0.8-inch width.
- 2. Cut the pork loin to 1-inch width.
- 3. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat, add Step 2, and stir-fry it.
- 4. When the pork loin is cooked through, add Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba), water, and Step 1, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. Once yakisoba noodles have loosened, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry them over medium heat. Remove from the heat once the flavors have been absorbed.
- 6. Transfer to a plate, garnish with bonito flakes, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can also make it with Japanese mustard spinach deliciously instead of cabbage.
