- Hot water500 ml
- (A)Miso2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)2 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Toppings
- Corn50 g
- Salted butter5 g
How to make
- 1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add hot water and the ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant bowl and lightly mix, then add Step 1. Cover it with plastic wrap and heat the cabbage for about 2 minutes with 600W in a microwave oven until it becomes wilted.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain the water.
- 4. Serve in a bowl, pour over Step 2, top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
