- Shrimp10
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Sake1 tbsp
- Starch1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Ketchup1/2 tbsp
- (A)Sugar1 tsp
- (A)Milk1 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Lettuceas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Thaw the shrimp according to the instructions on the package.
- 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
- 2. Peel the shell, open the back with a knife, remove the back cotton, rinse under running water, and drain.
- 3. Place Step 2 in a bowl, add salt and coking sake, rub lightly, and coat them with starch.
- 4. Place cooking oil on a medium heated pan, add Step 3, and cook until cooked through.
- 5. Add Step 1 and mix over with medium heat continuously, then once the flavors have blended, remove from the heat. Arrange on a plate with the lettuce and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can use peeled shrimps for shrimps. *You must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages.
