Ingredients 4 onigiris
- Rice300 g
- bonito flakes2 g
- Young green onion (Konegi)5 g
- (A)Soy sauce1 tsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Add rice, bonito flakes, konegi (young green onion), and (A) into a bowl and mix well.
- 2. Once the taste is blended well, divide into 4 equal parts, wrap in plastic wrap, and mold into a triangle shape.
- 3. Remove plastic wrap, place them on a plate, and serve.
