- Gizzard200 g
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Japanese leek10 cm
- (A)Lemon juice2 tsp
- (A)Sesame oil2 tsp
- (A)Salt1/2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the white streak from gizzards and set aside.
- 1. Mince Japanese leek. Mix it together with (A) in a bowl.
- 2. Add gizzard and cooking sake in a bowl, rub well, and marinate for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Drain and thread them on bamboo skewers.
- 4. Place aluminum foil on a baking tray and align Step 3. Cook both sides in the toaster oven for 10 minutes at a time, then remove when cooked through. *If you heat bamboo skewers in toaster oven, it may catch fire. Keep an eye on it while heating.
- 5. Arrange on a plate, put Step 1 on it, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000 W 220°C. If the bamboo skewers touch the heat source directly or heat up too much, it may catch fire. Keep an eye on the toaster while it is heating. If you are worried, you can wrap the part that you hold with aluminum foil.
