- Daikon radish150 g
- Spicy pollack roe40 g
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside Remove the thin skin from spicy pollack roe (mentaiko) and break up the meat.
- 1. Grate daikon radish and drain off the water.
- 2. In a bowl, add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well.
- 3. Fold the lettuce to a width of 2-inch and roll it from the tip. Make 9 pieces in the same way.
- 4. Arrange 2 pieces of thinly sliced pork shoulder, put Step 3 on top, and roll them. Make 9 pieces in the same way.
- 5. Place Step 4 on a heat-resistant plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600 W microwave for about 7 minutes until the pork shoulder is cooked through.
- 6. Place it on a plate, pour over Step 2, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
