- Chicken thigh200 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)10 g
- マヨポンソース
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Grated garlic1 tsp
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
- Green shiso leaves3 sheets
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the tendons and excess fat from the chicken thighs. Remove the stems from the green shiso leaves.
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and lightly dust with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 2. In a pan heated over medium heat, add mayonnaise and Step 1, and cook.
- 3. Once the surface has browned entirely and cooked through, add the ingredients for the mayonnaise and ponzu sauce, and continue to cook over medium heat. Once the flavors have blended, remove it from the heat.
- 4. Spread the green shiso leaves on a plate, arrange Step 3 on a plate, sprinkle with young green onions (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can also make chicken thighs with your favorite parts such as chicken breast or chicken tenders. Please adjust the seasoning to your taste.
