- Chicken thigh200 g
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Green beans5
- Sauce
- Cooking sake2 tbsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Roasted white sesame seedsas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the tips and string from green beans.
- 1. Cut green beans in half.
- 2. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and coat them with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
- 4. Place cooking oil in a medium-heated pan and cook Step 2. Once browned, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for about 6 minutes.
- 5. Once chicken thigh is cooked through, add Step 1 and 3 and mix in the sauce over medium heat.
- 6. Once the flavors have blended, remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with white roasted sesame seeds, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
By browning the chicken thigh well, it will also look delicious. By coating chicken thigh with pastry flour and cooking, the sauce gets tangled easily.
