- (A)Pancake mix100 g
- (A)Cottage cheese70 g
- (A)Milk70 ml
- (A)Beaten eggs1
- (A)Melted butter15 g
- (A)Sugar1/2 tbsp
- Salt-free butter5 g
- Powdered sugar1/2 tsp
- Mint leavesas needed
- Honey2 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Mix ingredient (A) in a bowl.
- 2. Melt the butter in a medium heated pan, and scoop Step 1 in a ladle, in the desired size.
- 3. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip it over and cook until heated through.
- 4. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with mint, drizzle honey to taste, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. Cottage cheese is not very cheesy in taste, so this recipe is not that cheesy. Please use unpureed (not creamy) cottage cheese. We used unsalted butter this time, but you can also use salted butter instead.
