Ingredients 3 rice cooker cups

- Sushi Vinegar
- (A)Vinegar60 ml
- (A)Sugar3 tbsp
- (A)Salt2 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Wet the sushi rice wooden bucket with water and pat dry.
- 1. Put the sushi rice ingredients in a bowl and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- 2. Add the rice to the sushi rice wooden bucket and add Step 1 into the bucket through a rice scoop.
- 3. Mix everything together, and when the sushi vinegar has blended well, mix with the rice scoop as if you are cutting.
- 4. When the sushi vinegar is absorbed, fan it with a hand fan to remove excess water, and let it cool.
- 5. To cool the rice entirely, turn the top and bottom over and fan it.
- 6. Repeat the Step 5 process for 1~2 times and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
If you cook rice a little hard, it won't get watery when you mix it with sushi vinegar, so we recommend it. If you mix sushi rice while fanning it with a hand fan, the rice will cool down before the sushi vinegar blends in with the rice, and the rice grains will stick together, so please fan it with a hand fan after the sushi vinegar blended into the rice. If you cover it with wet and tightly squeezed sarashi (towel), you can enjoy it without the surface of the sushi rice getting dry.
