- Daikon radish300 g
- Konjac (Konnyaku)100 g
- Boiled egg2
- Wiener6
- Hot water600 ml
- (A)Cooking sake2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)2 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- (A)Salt2 three finger pinches
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the skin of daikon radish.
- 1. Make a 0.8-inch wide cut into round slices for daikon radish and round off the corners.
- 2. Cut konjac into 4 equal pieces.
- 3. Add hot water and (A) to a pot and heat over medium heat. After it comes to a boil, add Step 1, Step 2, boiled eggs, and Japanese sausages and simmer. When it comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 4. When daikon radish has softened, remove it from the heat and serve it in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking.
