- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Maitake mushroom50 g
- Shimeji mushrooms50 g
- Enoki mushroom50 g
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon2 sheets
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Salted butter15 g
- Nori seaweedas needed
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- Prepare. Loosen the stir fry noodles (yakisoba).
- 1. Cut off the roots of maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms and break them up by hand.
- 2. Cut the thin-sliced half-sized bacon into 0.4-inch pieces.
- 3. In a pan heated over medium heat, melt salted butter, add Step 1 and Step 2, and saute for 3 minutes.
- 4. When shimeji mushrooms become soft, add yakisoba noodles, loosen them, add (A), and stir-fry over medium heat to blend well the flavors.
- 5. Arrange on a plate and garnish with nori flakes and young green onion (konegi).
Tips for cooking
If you heat yakisoba in a microwave for about 1 minute, it will loosen easily. You can substitute any kind of mushroom you like. Please adjust the seasoning to your taste.
