Ingredients 2 pieces
- Rice200 g
- Simmered egg2
- Nori seaweed4 sheets
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Salt1 three finger pinch
How to make
- 1. Add the white roasted sesame seeds and salt into a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Wrap the marinated boiled egg with nori seaweed.
- 3. Spread the rice on a plastic wrap and wrap Step 2.
- 4. Remove the plastic wrap and coat the surface with Step 1. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste. Please wipe the surface of the marinated boiled egg well before wrapping it with nori seaweed. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs and heat the eggs thoroughly.
