- Chinese chive15 g
- Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut off the base of Chinese chive and cut it into 1~2-inch lengths.
- 2. Add the sauce that comes with natto and stir until it becomes sticky.
- 3. In a bowl, add Step 1, Step 2, eggs, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) and mix well.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in 1/3 of Step 3, roll it up as you cook it, and cook the rest repeatedly until it browns, and it's ready.
