- Chicken breast200 g
- Eggs2
- Cherry tomato5
- Lettuce1/2
- Avocado1/2
- (A)Salt and pepper mixas needed
- (A)Curry powder1 tbsp
- Olive oilas needed
- (B)Olive oil3 tbsp
- (B)Whole grain mustard2 tbsp
- (B)Vinegar1 tsp
- (B)Salt1 tsp
- (B)Sugar1/2 tsp
- Sake2 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Boil eggs in hot water for 10 minutes. After boiling, soak in cold water and peel the shell.
- 1. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Divide cherry tomatoes into 4 equal pieces. Dice avocado.
- 2. Cut boiled eggs into bite-size pieces.
- 3. Coat the chicken with ingredient (A). Add olive oil to a pan and heat the chicken over medium heat. Once browned, flip it over, add cooking wine, cover, and heat over medium heat.
- 4. Once Step 3 is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Mix everything in ingredient (B) together.
- 6. Put Step 1, 2, and 4 on a plate, pour Step 5 on top, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Remove the skin of chicken beforehand. You can also substitute chicken thigh for chicken breast. You can also substitute olive oil for a pan with cooking oil. If you don't have curry powder, you can cook without it.
