    3 tbsp
  • (B)Whole grain mustard

    1/2 tsp
  • Sake
    2 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Boil eggs in hot water for 10 minutes. After boiling, soak in cold water and peel the shell.
  2. 1. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Divide cherry tomatoes into 4 equal pieces. Dice avocado.
  3. 2. Cut boiled eggs into bite-size pieces.
  4. 3. Coat the chicken with ingredient (A). Add olive oil to a pan and heat the chicken over medium heat. Once browned, flip it over, add cooking wine, cover, and heat over medium heat.
  5. 4. Once Step 3 is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 5. Mix everything in ingredient (B) together.
  7. 6. Put Step 1, 2, and 4 on a plate, pour Step 5 on top, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Remove the skin of chicken beforehand. You can also substitute chicken thigh for chicken breast. You can also substitute olive oil for a pan with cooking oil. If you don't have curry powder, you can cook without it.
