How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stems of green shiso leaves. Remove the thin skins of spicy pollack roe and break them up.
- 1. Shred green shiso leaves.
- 2. Put the rice, spicy pollack roe, and bonito flakes in a bowl and mix until the flavors are blended.
- 3. Tear the cream cheese into small pieces and lightly mix.

Tips for cooking
The flavor will change, but you can substitute salted pollack roe for spicy ones.
