- Japanese squash200 g

- Tempura flour3 tbsp
- Cold water3 tbsp
- Black roasted sesame seeds1/2 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Frying oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove seeds and guts from the pumpkin.
- 1. Cut the pumpkin into 3 equal pieces with the skin on, then cut into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 2. Mix the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and coat Step 1 with the batter.
- 3. Heat about 1-inch of frying oil in a pot to 170°C (338°F). Add Step 2, remove once it gets crispy, and drain the oil.
- 4. Arrange on a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your taste.
