Ingredients 1 serving
- Rice200 g
- Canned grilled chicken (Canned yakitori)1 can
- Onion1/4
- Beaten eggs2
- Hot water80 ml
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1/2 tsp
- (A)Sesame oil1/2 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Cut the onion into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 2. Add hot water, onions from Step 1, canned grilled chicken skewers (yakitori) and ingredient (A) into a pan and heat over medium heat.
- 3. When the onions become wilted, pour in the beaten eggs in a circular motion over medium heat.
- 4. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid, cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- 5. Put the rice on a plate, put the food from Step 4 on it, top with young green onion (konegi) and it's done!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of chicken soup stock and salt to your liking. If you don't have a canned grilled salt chicken skewers (yakitori), you can use chicken breast instead, but please note that the taste will change. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please heat the eggs thoroughly and avoid eating raw eggs
