Tips for cooking
If you leave sweet onion in the air for more than 20 minutes, it will lose its spicyness and become easier to eat. If you feel the spiciness is disturbing even after exposing it to air, please soak it to water. Other than pork ribs, you can also use pork loin or other meat part. Please make it with your favorite parts. For sesame oil for dressing, it is also very delicious if you alternatively use olive oil, so please make it with your favorite oil. If ponzu sauce is too sour, please adjust the taste with sugar.
